Glen F. Metrick grew up in West Virginia and attended West Virginia University. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Physical Therapy Division of the School of Medicine in 1978. Glen is also the holder of a U.S. Patent for a muscle testing device. He moved to Fort Myers, Florida in 1979, and has spent his career developing and managing out-patient orthopedic clinics. Glen has developed and managed physical therapy clinics for two orthopedic groups and DeSoto Memorial Hospital. Glen’s emphasis is on patient and family education. This allows the patient a better understanding of his/her condition and how to correct or control their problem through the use of exercise.
Glen met his wife, Nancy, after moving to Southwest Florida and they have been happily married for thirty-one years. Together they have renovated several homes, including an older home in the Fort Myers historic district. They both enjoy the atmosphere of an established neighborhood. Glen enjoys time spent with his wife, bicycling, golfing, air boating and working on projects around his home.
