Rick Biro

Rick Biro, Director of Sales. Rick joined Blue Sky Therapy as the Director of Sales in December of 2010.  He has an extensive background in the healthcare industry, including Long Term Care.  He has worked in pharmacy, healthcare staffing in LTC, and sales in wound care and bariatric. Rick is a motivation to the business development team at Blue Sky Therapy because he has the ambition and determination to grow Blue Sky Therapy in the coming years.  Rick leads by example by implementing a customer first attitude, innovation, and honesty into everyday practice as the Director of Sales for Blue Sky Therapy.

Rick graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Health Politics/Law and Administration and a minor in Healthcare Marketing.  Rick brings years of experience to the Blue Sky Therapy business development team and has the enthusiasm and know-how to bring our services into new markets. 

Megan Kovacich

Megan Kovacich, Marketing & Sales Coordinator. Megan joined the Blue Sky Team in November, 2010 as the new Marketing & Sales Coordinator.  Megan’s role is to assist the sales Team, as well as head the creation of sales and marketing campaigns and evaluate new marketing prospects and target markets.  Megan is a highly motivated individual with creative ideas for the vision of Blue Sky Therapy.

Megan graduated from Youngstown State University in Youngstown Ohio, with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing.  She brings years of experience in marketing a service based company and is thoroughly excited to be a part of the Blue Sky Team.  

Kristin Carpenter

Kristin Carpenter, Regional Account Manager.  Kristin assists the Business Development team in the evolution of the sales and marketing campaigns, assessment of marketing opportunities and target markets, and intelligence gathering on customers and competitors.  She is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and this is reflective in the energy and enthusiasm she exhibits when calling on both current and potential customers.

Kristin joined Blue Sky Therapy in January 2008.  She was instrumental in the start-up of Blue Sky Therapy’s first Outpatient Clinic and quickly thereafter distinguished herself as an accomplished sales representative, leading the outpatient team in referrals.  In March 2009 Kristin was moved to Blue Sky Therapy’s contract therapy Business Development team where her contributions and impressive skills continue to shine on a day-to-day basis.

John Morris

John Morris comes to Blue Sky Therapy with 15 years of Sales and Customer Service experience with a proven track record of excellence and growth.  With experiences in management, sales, retail, distribution, and customer service, John brings a unique perspective and skill set to the Sales Team at Blue Sky Therapy.  John’s friendly, quality customer service approach begins laying a strong foundation essential to building a true lasting partnership with Blue Sky for our prospective customers.

Meg Fisher

Meg joined Blue Sky Therapy in March 2011 as a Regional Account Manager focusing on increasing Blue Sky’s market share in Kentucky, Indiana, Southwest Ohio and Tennessee.  She has over 9 years of sales experience including over 7 in the healthcare industry.  She has successfully created and grown new territories for other companies going through expansion modes and is excited to bring those skills to Blue Sky Therapy.  Meg is looking forward to using her industry knowledge and customer service approach to form long term partnerships with existing and prospective customers.

Meg graduated from the University of Memphis with a B.A. in Psychology.  She is a seasoned account manager with years of experience in the healthcare industry.  Meg is an enthusiastic individual and looks forward to helping Blue Sky Therapy expand into new territories.
