Ernie Owens, Recruiting Manager.  Ernie is responsible for overseeing Blue Sky Therapy’s recruiting department. He is an experienced recruiter with a proven track record who thrives on the challenges and successes that encompass the recruiting process.  Ernie’s philosophy is to create “win-win” outcomes between Blue Sky Therapy and candidates.  possessing qualities such as intelligence, persistence, honesty and integrity, Ernie is a great listener and has an innate ability to "read" people.

Joining Blue Sky Therapy in December 2008, Ernie’s previous experience includes serving in the position of District Director of Sales/Recruiter for the United States Marine Corp.  It was in this capacity that he developed his recruiting "can do" attitude with a team concept of systematic approach for accomplishments.

Denise Lias

Denise Lias, Scheduling Coordinator. Denise works with Operations, Recruiting, Human Resources and Site Supervisors to see that the day-to-day staffing needs of all Blue Sky facilities are met. Denise also works with colleges and universities to set up optimal clinical experiences with Blue Sky. Her extraordinary organizational skills and natural ability to communicate with others, as well as her commitment to see that Blue Sky Therapy’s core values are met, makes Denise a valuable member of the team.

Denise joined Blue Sky Therapy in August 2006. In 2011, Denise was the recipient of a Silver Star after being recognized by her peers for her excellence and innovation.

Mike McKittrick

Mike McKittrick, Recruiter.  Mike works alongside Operations managers and supervisors to assist in filling their therapy recruitment needs.  He is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, cold calling, screening and scheduling appropriate candidates for interviews.  Mike thrives in the highly competitive therapy recruitment environment. He is extremely hard working and is always on the lookout for talent and a way to bring those candidates into the Blue Sky Therapy fold. Admired by his peers for his integrity, honesty and extraordinary work ethic, Mike joined Blue Sky Therapy in January 2008.  He has been in healthcare recruiting since 2002 and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience to Blue Sky Therapy’s recruiting department.

Kelli Podolsky

Kelli Podolsky, Recruiter. Kelli is responsible for finding candidates for open positions that are dedicated to providing patient-driven quality care, as well as the work ethic to reflect Blue Sky Therapy's core values and vision. Kelli assists with filling the therapy recruitment needs of the facilities for the Area Managers and Site Supervisors by sourcing, cold calling, screening and scheduling the appropriate candidates for interviews. Kelli is an enthusiastic individual that is dedicated to finding talented employees.

Kelli joined Blue Sky Therapy in August 2011 and has been in health care recruiting since 2010.
