Lisa Chambers

Lisa Chambers, SLP, Director of Operations. Lisa oversees the clinical and financial performance of therapy contracts throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania and Michigan. Lisa's hands-on experience and understanding of teamwork and compromise to get things done ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of clinical and fiscal outcomes. Lisa feels that Blue Sky Therapy's philosophy to always "do the right thing" for the patients, the employees, and the customers, continues to challenge her enabling growth, creative thinking and innovation.

Lisa joined Blue Sky in 2001 in the dual role of treating Speech/Pathologist and Site Supervisor. For the past five years Lisa  served as an Area Manager. In April of 2010, Lisa was named as the Director of Operations. Lisa has been a Speech Pathologist for over 22 years, holds the AHSA Certificate of Clinical Competence and is Vital Stim certified.

BJ Farr

BJ Farr, Operations Manager.  BJ is responsible for the development and execution of Blue Sky Therapy’s new contract start-ups.  BJ’s management and clinical expertise is in orthopedics, sports medicine and occupational medicine.   BJ’s passion for both mentoring therapists and customer service translates to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes and customer communication.  BJ is admired by his peers for his integrity, patience and commitment to quality patient care.

BJ joined Blue Sky Therapy in March 2005.  He has 27 years experience in outpatient, hospital based, home health and long term care both in nursing homes and acute care/long term care.  BJ developed and started up the PT Program at Youngstown State University and is licensed in Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Kathy Boyarko

Kathy Boyarko, Program Development and Quality Assurance Manager. Kathy has been with Blue Sky Therapy since 2007.  She works alongside BJ Farr and Lisa Chambers to develop specialized programs to incorporate into our Blue Sky facilities.  She also manages quality assurance throughout the company. 

Kathy is a physical therapist with over 12 years of clinical and supervisory experience in 4 states and over a variety of settings.   She has enjoyed treating patients in outpatient orthopedic settings, chronic pain specialty clinic, and inpatient acute/subacute rehab and skilled nursing facilities. Kathy has developed a runner’s packages for runners, which offered running form analysis and training tips. 

Kathy is a motivated individual who is enthusiastic about developing programs to incorporate within our facilities.  She is very passionate about this industry and works hard to ensure that our programs hold true to Blue Sky Therapy’s core values.

Lane Belangia

Lane Belangia, Area Manager of Operations. Lane has worked with Blue Sky Therapy for four years as a Site Supervisor and was recently promoted to Area Manager in 2010.  Lane has traveled to various sites throughout the company to assist with facility start ups.  He has acted as an interim Site Supervisor for multiple buildings and helped with mentoring new site supervisors as needed.  After working in Long Term Care for 10 years, Lane has developed a strong belief in providing the educational background for understanding therapy management as it relates the long term care industry, while providing consistent support for our customers and therapists as being the key to success.

Lane has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, as well being a Physical Therapist Assistant.  Lane is a strong leader and has incredible focus and motivation.  Lane is very passionate about this industry and is specialized in orthopedic rehabilitation for the geriatric patient, he is NDT trained for neurologically involved patient, and McKenzie trained for the treatment of spinal disorders.   

Tom Barnes

Tom Barnes, Area Manager of Operations. Tom is a passionate individual who has experience as a Physical Therapist and Site Supervisor.  He received his Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Mammalian Physiology from Penn State.  He has been an area manager of operations for a year with Blue Sky Therapy and still occasionally enjoys spending time with patients.  Tom loves his job because he has the ability to work alongside gifted and caring team members who help bring out the best in everybody.  Tom believes that Blue Sky Therapy is truly blessed with many skilled professionals who realize that they are a part of an innovative team evolving into the future.

Kurt Lemke

Kurt Lemke joined Blue Sky Therapy in 2011 as the Information Technology Manager.  Kurt has a diverse background in information technology and brings intense academic, professional, and leadership experiences to the Blue Sky Therapy team.  Kurt’s main responsibility is to maintain Blue Sky Therapy’s computer systems, along with the responsibility to keep the computer systems and software up to date.  He also assists in setting up and maintaining our therapy software in each of our facilities.

Kurt graduated from Youngstown State University in Youngstown Ohio, with an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology, as well as a Continuing Education Bachelor in Information Technology.
