Lisa Chambers

Lisa Chambers, SLP, Area Manager of Operations.  Lisa oversees the clinical and financial performance of therapy contracts throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania. Lisa’s hands-on experience and understanding of teamwork and compromise to get things done ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of clinical and fiscal outcomes.  Lisa feels that Blue Sky Therapy’s philosophy to always “do the right thing” for the patients, the employees, and the customers, continues to challenge her enabling growth, creative thinking and innovation.

Lisa joined Blue Sky in 2001 as both a treating Speech/Pathologist and Site Supervisor.  Lisa was promoted to Area Manager of Operations in 2005.  Lisa has been a Speech Pathologist for over 20 years and holds the AHSA Certificate of Clinical Competence and is Vital Stim certified.

BJ Farr

BJ Farr, Operations Manager.  BJ is responsible for the development and execution of Blue Sky Therapy’s new contract start-ups.  BJ’s management and clinical expertise is in orthopedics, sports medicine and occupational medicine.   BJ’s passion for both mentoring therapists and customer service translates to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes and customer communication.  BJ is admired by his peers for his integrity, patience and commitment to quality patient care.

BJ joined Blue Sky Therapy in March 2005.  He has 27 years experience in outpatient, hospital based, home health and long term care both in nursing homes and acute care/long term care.  BJ developed and started up the PT Program at Youngstown State University and is licensed in Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

David Sparks

David earned his master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 1999.  He has experience as a physical therapist in pediatrics, outpatient, Long-term Care, Home Health, and MRDD.  He is a certified OASIS specialist and a Medicare homecare coding specialist.  In addition to being self-employed for four years, he has served in an administration capacity in both outpatient and home health settings.  His professional passion as a therapist is to ensure quality care delivery that truly makes a difference in patient’s lives.

Marie Szczyglowski

Marie Szczyglowski, Area Manager of Operations, has been with Blue Sky Therapy since 2008.  Her areas of concentration for Blue Sky are on the Long Term Care and Outpatient facilities.  Marie is a Physical Therapist Assistant with over ten years of clinical and leadership experience.  She has been able to define success for her patients and facilities with superior service, excellent clinical care and the drive to make work and therapy the best part of everyone’s day.

Sherry Garcia

Attracted by the values expressed by Renée Halfhill, Sherry eagerly joined Blue Sky/WSB in 2001 as a Site Supervisor.  She is currently enjoying her role in QA supporting quality and ethical patient care, employee development, and customer satisfaction.  “I want the patients to be confident that they’ve received the best possible care, and the staff to be satisfied that they’ve provided the best care.”
