Renée, President and CEO has owned and operated Blue Sky Therapy for over 22 years. The Company originally named WSB Rehabilitation Services, Inc. for her beloved father William S. Bucci, has experienced steady growth throughout the years.  During the year 2005, WSB began to market itself under the name of Blue Sky Therapy.

Renée, a licensed physical therapist, has been heralded for her strong operational management skills and her strategic vision.  Renée’s passion and industry expertise have been integral to Blue Sky Therapy’s success, building the Company from a small start up to one that today operates in multiple states.  Renée believes if people know where the organization is heading and what is expected of them both the company and its people will be successful.   Renée motivates by action and not mere words.  Renée continues to drive company growth with compassion, appreciation and respect that goes far beyond great leadership.

Ian Oppel

Ian, Vice President of Operations, is responsible for the day-to-day operations at Blue Sky.  He sets an example for his team through hard work, extraordinary organizational skills, excellent judgment and leadership ability. Instrumental in formulating new policies and standards, Ian always keeps Blue Sky Therapy’s customers’ interests foremost in his mind and possesses a natural ability to lead. For this he is admired by both customers and peers.  

Ian joined Blue Sky Therapy in June 2006 and holds a B.S. degree in Occupational Therapy and an MBA.  He has over 14 years experience in the rehab industry. Prior to joining Blue Sky Therapy he has worked in leadership roles in multiple long-term care settings throughout the U.S. with responsibilities encompassing diverse healthcare operations.

Melissa Urioste

Melissa, Vice President of Finance, is a member of Blue Sky Therapy’s strategic planning executive team where her role is to provide financial leadership for the company as it continues its growth. Melissa sets an example for her peers with honesty, intelligence, superior work habits and the highest of integrity. Melissa has been with the company since 2002 and has had wide-ranging experience in all departments including Finance, Human Resources and IT. Melissa's promotion to the office of Vice President of Finance is a testament to her extraordinary organizational and managerial skills along with her natural ability to lead the Finance and HR departments in the guiding principles of the company.

Prior to joining Blue Sky Therapy, Melissa held management positions in the mortgage, banking and healthcare industries bringing with her over 20 years of accounting and human resources experience.
